TERMS OF SERVICE
Payment:
- Prices are in USD and payment is accepted via PayPal.
- Full payment or at least 50% must be made before I start working.
- The final product will only be delivered after full payment is received.
- Additional fees not listed in the pricing may apply: No references provided, faster commission/ deadline, multiple revisions, extra detail.
Refunds:
- No refunds will be provided after the sketch/Work in Progress phase.
- Please ensure you have the funds available before requesting a commission.
Process:
- Work-in-progress updates will be provided before proceeding.
- Additional fee may apply based on the complexity/size of the work.
- Reasonable minor revisions are allowed during the work-in-progress process.
- I will determine what are major and minor revisions and when it can become excessive.
- Animation completion takes longer than illustrations, 1-2 weeks, and you will be notified of any delays.
Copyright and Usage:
- Commissions are for personal use only; commercial commissions can be discussed.
- By default, I have the right to share the commissioned work online and in my portfolio, unless otherwise specified in advance.
- I reserve the right to cancel and refund any order at any time, for any reason.
- The artwork is not intended for NFT and AI usage.
Digital Delivery:
- Please note that no physical items will be mailed. You will receive a digital file upon completion of the commission.
